Trading Recap: May 2021

My equity graph flatlined, which is expected since I have reduced my size. In my previous post, I talked about reducing my size. Right now, I'm essentially earning my right to trade bigger size by focusing strictly on my execution quality. The P&L does not matter right now.

Let's get started with my equity graph.

As I previously said, my equity graph flatlined. There was a noticeable uptick near the end of the month, which can be explained in this post. Essentially, I had a series of trades that worked out really well in my favor. The execution quality was on point, or pretty much nearly on point.

One of the key objectives for the month of June is to avoid over trading. Since summer tends to mean a slower market, this will give me the tendency to want to take otherwise sub-optimal trades. If I can manage to keep the quantity of trades down and continue focusing on execution quality, I would consider June a win.
